There has always been a deep passion for bodywork and eastern medicine present since growing up in Kaua’i, Hawai’i. At Zen Bodywork I believe that the body and mind play an important role in each other’s functionality and if one is suffering, the other will soon come after. In the sessions I utilize a combination of Eastern and Western traditions to seek improved functionality and greater ease of movement in clients. Treatments from session to session can often have distinctly different approaches and employ a wide range of techniques because every BODY is different.
